In this episode, we delve into an inspiring story of resilience, determination, and the unwavering pursuit of success. Our guest, Robert Blase, is not only a dedicated Real Estate Agent serving the Colorado Rockies and Denver Broncos, but he's also a testament to the power of persistence.
Robert Blase is currently a Real Estate Agent who actively serves the Colorado Rockies and Denver Broncos, as well as countless educators in and around Colorado. Before the economic crash of 2008, Robert was a successful mortgage professional, but the financial chaos caused him and his family to lose everything, and eventually file for bankruptcy.
While fighting for the economic survival of his family, Robert and his wife miscarried two children due to the overwhelming stress.
Even though he applied for hundreds of positions without coming close to employment and with the odds stacked against him, Robert persistently and resiliently entered the Real Estate Agency game and won. He relentlessly worked his way in the door to become known and trusted by the Colorado Rockies for his impeccable integrity, and that has enabled him to close millions of dollars in properties on behalf of Rockies players and other professional athletes.
His commitment and grit enabled him to pay off his bankruptcy, over $50k in student loan debt, hit the reset, and begin to build real wealth for his family.
The primary elements of this episode are:
1 Robert discusses crushing it in mortgages during the hot markets in the mid-2000's, then losing everything and filing bankruptcy because of the economic collapse. His family needed to live with his wife's grandmother for 11 years while they rebuilt their lives.
2 When he couldn't get a job, Robert chose to enter the Real Estate Agent game, and that's where he met success because of his unwillingness to quit, and his unwavering commitment to serve his clients and provide for his family.
3 Today Robert is serves and supports Colorado Rockies and Denver Broncos players during transition, but also when they choose to purchase their mansions. His biggest transaction for a client has been a $3.9 million property, and that helped him wipe out over $50k in student debt and recover from the financial hardships of the past.Connect with Robert - https://www.linkedin.com/in/robertblase/Connect with Go Boldly Mastermind: gobldlymastermind@gmail.com

In this enlightening episode, we are thrilled to introduce Joann Moore, a life coach and mentor with a unique perspective on transforming your life through practical spirituality and the power of the breath. Joann has a remarkable ability to shift perceptions, and she shares her wisdom on overcoming panic attacks and mood swings triggered by medication.
Joann starts by asking, "What does it mean to you to see things differently?" Many of us encounter life's challenges, and sometimes we get stuck viewing them from a single, limiting perspective. This can lead to repetitive thought patterns, recurring life scenarios, health issues, relationship challenges, and more. Joann's intuitive listening skills enable her to hear beyond the words you speak, providing you with fresh insights and a new way of seeing things. It's truly fascinating!
So, what's the connection between this unique perspective, spirituality, stress, and your breath? Everyone breathes, but are you aware of how you breathe and the profound impact it has on your stress levels and spirituality? Joann's non-traditional coaching methods focus on breath awareness to help you eliminate stress, anxiety, and establish a deeper spiritual connection, ultimately leading to a sense of inner peace and security.
Joann's breath exercises empower you to navigate your day with ease, reducing your reactions to daily stressors, financial worries, and challenging interactions. Her "3 Step Reset" was born out of necessity while running her restaurant and has undergone successful testing.
But who is Joann Moore? She's a retired restaurant owner and operator who has interacted with people from all walks of life, sharpening her perceptive abilities and intuitive responses over the years. Her experience in the restaurant business deepened her understanding of nutrition, vitamins, and the body's needs.
What truly sets Joann apart is her skill as an active listener. Clients often express how they feel genuinely heard in her presence. Joann's love for nature extends to embracing even the fiercest snowstorms. She finds joy in the simple things, like knitting and spending time with her beloved older kitties. She enjoys experimenting with spices in her culinary creations.
Joann's down-to-earth, practical approach and compassionate demeanor make her a remarkable guide for anyone seeking to step off the hamster wheel and embrace self-care. As she often says, "Be kind to yourself. Be gentle with yourself. You are the most important project you will ever have the privilege of working on."
